A Vineyard Wedding at The Sanctuary

Wedding is a 4 night minimum stay + Event Fee + Extra Guests Fee (if any). We recommend checking in at 4pm on Thursday, Setting up on a Friday, Wedding and Reception on Saturday and Sunday Funday with family and friends as a Newlywed couple. Checkout at 10am on Monday (late checkout is $50/hour if available).   You can hire your own vendors. We provide a vendor list if needed. You can bring your own alcohol or hire a company to do it.  

4 Night Minimum- 

There is a 4 night minimum when you book more than 4 months away from the wedding date. For example, If the wedding is 3 months away, we can reduce the nightly minimum stay to 3 nights. If you book a wedding 2 months away, stay can be reduced to a 2 night minimum. If the wedding is in a month or less, stay can be reduced to 1 night.

Event Fee-There’s a $500 event fee for less than 30 guests, $1000 for 31-60 guests, $1500 for 61-90 guests, $2000 for 91-120 guests, $2500 for 121-150 guests and $3000 for 151+ guests. Event fee includes Engagement Photo Location held at The Sanctuary (Photographer not included), up to 100 white folding chairs with 10 (6 foot) round white folding tables that sit 10 people each, table for up to 18 under the pergola at rectangle tables, 6 extra —foot long rectangle tables, white table clothes, Wedding Arch with decor, vendor list of photographers, chefs, caterers, musicians. All other add ons like early check in, late checkout, massages, dance floor, catering, etc are extra. 

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly rate is shown on the website after you enter the amount of guests who will be sleeping at The Sanctuary. You must book at least 5 houses near vineyard. The 5 houses sleep up to 47 guests.  It only goes up to 40 guests. After 40 guests it’s $25/person/day. There is no maximum amount of guests. There is parking for about 100 vehicles.  Payment plans are available if needed.

The Sanctuary has no restrictions on anything since this is unrestricted property. However, keep in mind that in the far distance are residential neighbors. It is preferred that the DJ turns down the base after midnight on weekends.  You are free to hire any vendors you choose.

Payment plan can be broken up into as many payments as you want to be paid at whatever day of the month. For example, you can choose the 14th of every month for 10 months. Reservation must be fully paid 60 days before check in. 

Cancel 60 days before check in for a full refund.
